Obverse: Image of DUX CAZIM bracteate. Above the coin, the inscription CAZIMIRVS II, below the reign of MCLXXVII - MCXCIIII.
Reverse: Centrally there is the portal of the collegiate church in Łęczyca with the throne scene. The prince sits on his throne with a sword in his lap, a symbol of justice. The wrapped sword is a document symbolizing the break with the principle of "seniority". The prince is accompanied by a bishop and a knight. The eagle of AQVILA above the stage. Next to the eagle, there is a cross and the sun to symbolize the blossoming of the Catholic faith. On the left, the figure of Kazimierz carrying a model of the church, and the inscription PROTECTOR / ECCLESIE (guardian of the church), on the right, the city gate through which Kazimierz enters. The inscription CRACOVIA / VRBS / FE / LIX (Krakow is a happy city). Obverse: An image of a thaler clip of Sigismund III from 1614. On the sides of the clips, in the upper row, there are crowned coat of arms of Poland and Sweden, at the bottom the coat of arms of Gotland and Lithuania. The whole is completed by the reign dates 1587 - 1632.
Reverse: The Zygmunt's column from Warsaw. Next to the figure of the king, there are the coats of arms of countries with which wars were fought - Sweden (three crowns), Moscow (two-headed eagle), and Turkey (crescent). The coat of arms of Poland is visible above the saber. Next to the column on the left, Poseidon with a trident in his hand (the lord of the seas, a symbol of maritime development), on the right, the figure of Cerer with a shovel in his hand (goddess of harvest, a symbol of agricultural development). The inscription OMNES FORTVNAE FLVCTVS CONSTANTIA FRANGIT (Constance overcomes all the volatility of fate) runs along the upper arc. Name of the issuer and series NR 13, year 80 in the column head.
