Numbered mini sheets of eight stamps adorned with labels, on which the official mascot of the Games, a bird called Bichofué screamer (species Pitangus sulphuratus, family Tiranidos) with a black mask and representing the different disciplines, can be seen.
The IX World Games were celebrated this year in the city of Cali,event that took place between the 25 of July and the 4 of August of 2013, with the peculiarity that it was the first time that they took place in Latin America.
A total of 3,495 athletes from 107 countries including 35 sports disciplines, some of which aspire to be part of the Olympic Games (such as skating, softball, rugby, squash and water skiing) were participating in these World Games.
During this event the last games of Rugby,since from the Olympic Games of Rio 2016 this sport has been part of the Olympic program,was also fulfilled.
