Thought to be produced by the British counterfeit producer and still being distributed by associated counterfeit stamp dealers to this day. Noting the Lollini Logo is inscribed on this illegal stamp mini sheet. This shows direct collusion between the dealer and the illegal stamp producer and it is sold predominantly on that dealers website. As of 2024 it seems not available there anymore. BEWARE of fake First Day Covers. Avoid sellers of these!
