2-headed Russian eagle inside the oval. Face value in all corners.
On the first letterpress issue (Mi:FI 58, Sn:FI 73) the horizontal shading lines behind the coat of arms are clearer and generally unbroken. The "H" is farther from the "2" and the dot after the "H" is much closer to the "H" than the "2".
The Berlin Print has larger XX in the bottom oval than in the latter Helsinki Print.
