The Andrés Bello Convention (CAB) is an intergovernmental organization for Educational, Scientific, technological and cultural integration in the Ibero-American area. It was created with the aim of contributing to the equitable, sustainable and democratic development of the member countries, starting from the treaty signed in Bogotá, on January 31, 1970, and later replaced in Madrid in 1990. It has as mission to promote the strengthening of the processes of integración and the configuration and development of a common cultural space.
