The three stamps of the Souvenir Sheet commemorate the important historical events from the beginning of the 20th century that had a decisive influence on the restoration of the independence of Lithuania:
1. Restoration of the press (7 May 1904),
2. Grand Vilnius Seimas (4-5 December 1905)
and,
3. The Vilnius Conference (18-22 September 1917).
