All stamps dating 2001 inscribed "SOMALI REPUBLIC" are counterfeit illegal stamps. They were produced by Mayfair International Security Printers located in France and distributed through the so-called philatelic agencies called "France Philatèlie" and "France Philatèlie 2000" and associated British, German, U.S. and Belgium based illegal stamp dealers. Avoid sellers of these!
