Description:: During the period 2006-2014 the Democratic Republic of Congo supposedly entered into a contract with Impressor S.A. in which it authorized the agent to produce stamps in its name for sale to the philatelic trade. It is stated that the signators had no authority to sign stamp contracts at the time. No evidence of this or any other stamps produced during this period having been used in the Democratic Republic of Congo has come to light, showing the stamps were sent directly to the new issue trade for sale only to collectors.
