From 2011 forward Stamperija has carried the abuse to unbelievable heights. Numerous issues were used on commercial mailings but were extremely overproduced as sales on the IGPC, WORLDARTSTAMPS (Impressor) and Stamperija aka Stampera websites continue to offer them decades later and the issues are massively offered still by associates of the agencies as of the year 2025. Evidence shows that around 95% to 100% of the printings were and are sold outside of the country depending on the issue.
