According to Sassone:
"Cairo" issue (1st issue)
The length of the overprint varies, depending on the position on the sheet, from 13.80 to 14.10 mm. Dots are rectangular with long vertical sides.
"Nairobi" issue (2nd issue)
The length of the overprint varies from 13.60 to 13.90 mm.
Type "A": characters with irregular outlines and dots of various shapes.
Type "B": Characters with sharp edges and square dots.
