Antonio Elizalde Lamar (Guayaquil, April 23, 1795- May 24, 1862) was a military and political personality of Guayaquil. In 1820, Antonio Elizalde participated as a member of the select and small group of patriots with the ideal to independent Guayaquil from the Spanish crown.
