Although the issues for this year were authorized by the Chad postal administration, most were not sold in Chad. The majority were only sold by the Chad philatelic agency, which changed to Stamperija during this year, to associated stamp dealers for distribution on the philatelic market.
In current times the Stamperija websites have removed all evidence that they were the ones who produced and distributed this series. Not one series was honored and listed by the UPU WNS system.
