This postage stamp brings the image of a Brazilian sixty réis Bull’s Eye (olho-de-boi) on a silver background and discloses the 21st Luso-Brazilian Philatelic Exhibition – LUBRAPEX.
The design shows, together with the 60 réis price, a hidden number, 21, which can be seen by tilting the postage stamp under a good source of lighting. This is the second of the three issues bearing the Bull’s Eye in order to celebrate its 170th anniversary, in 2013. The first issue was in 2011.
The printing techniques employed were intaglio and offset printing, in process and spot color.
