Previously used paper did not meet the requirements of the Postal Department, so in 1866 for printing stamps was used the new paper type "laid paper" with a watermark (horizontal stripes). The first postage stamps on a new paper arrived into circulation 20 Aug. 1866. It was previous stamps picture.
