This producer is the same producer of the earliest Mali illegal stamps and is proven by his own personal distributions of them as well as the distribution of them by his closest associated counterfeit dealers which "exclude" sales of the counterfeits made by the other producers. As you can see (and it is obvious) the styles used by this producer are exactly the same as the Montero productions made in 1998-1999. New styles are produced in this year as well which are used to this day in 2023 by this producer in the name of numerous African countries.

The producers name of this particular style starts with "global..." Supposedly located in Spain but origins traced to Belarus. Counterfeits of this style are being distributed mainly by British based counterfeit distributors associated with the British counterfeit producer although Eastern European based distributors are involved as well. This shows the illegal stamp trade has increased. Not decreased as the UPU tried to claim in 2008.
