In 2010 a number of different counterfeit producers continue to assault the stamp market with counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of Mali. The producers name of this particular style starts with "global..." Supposedly located in Spain but origins traced to Belarus. Counterfeits of this style are being distributed mainly by British based counterfeit distributors associated with the British counterfeit producer although Eastern European based distributors are involved as well. This shows the illegal stamp trade has increased. Not decreased as the UPU tried to claim in 2008.
