Após lançarem uma série de remixes de hits nacionais e internacionais, nos ritmos da música eletrônica nordestina, a dupla de produtores recifenses Cajón & Carrilhão começa 2023 com seu primeiro lançamento autoral. Mantendo o conceito de música digital periférica, o EP “Ijexarme” tem um certo tempero nostálgico, onde a sonoridade de discos de artistas como Luiz Caldas e Prince convivem como se não houvesse diferença entre o RnB norte-americano dos anos 80 e o sabor baiano do fricote.

Mixado por Pi-R (Chambaril, Café Preto) o mini-álbum apresenta 5 faixas, sendo 3 sons autorais com letra, um deles com participação do cantor Givly Simons, da banda Figueroas. Além de uma faixa instrumental e um remix da música instrumental feito por Benke Ferraz, do Boogarins.

After releasing a series of remixes of national and international hits, in the rhythms of northeastern electronic music, the Recife-based duo of producers Cajón & Carrilhão begins 2023 with their first authorial release. Maintaining the concept of peripheral digital music, the EP “Ijexarme” has a certain nostalgic flavor, where the sound of albums by artists like Luiz Caldas and Prince coexist as if there were no difference between the North American RnB of the 80s and the Bahian flavor of fricote.

Mixed by Pi-R (Chambaril, Café Preto) the mini-album features 5 tracks, 3 of which are authorial songs with lyrics, one of them with the participation of singer Givly Simons, from the band Figueroas. In addition to an instrumental track and a remix of the instrumental music made by Benke Ferraz, from Boogarins.
