Even though creating sales on Colnect is as easy as locating the item and settings the condition and price, we're offering this tool to sellers who list many items to make it even easier. This tool is especially useful to those who also sell or manage their inventory on other platforms. Sale listings, one per item, can be created in bulk by matching your items with the correct ones in Colnect's catalog.

You can find the Bulk listing option inside the Start selling page, which details various ways of listing item for sale on Colnect. Select the category, columns format, item condition, currency, choose the CSV or XLS file on your device and click 'Upload'. The sales preview will open to allow you to verify if everything is correct. During this step you may also replace items on the list by clicking on the Colnect item ID. To place your sale listings on the marketplace click 'Start listing', to cancel this action click 'Discard'. Further the 'start listing' pop-up window appears where you can choose to import all sale listings with further review or to publish all automatically if you are sure that no adjustments are needed. Once clicked 'OK' your sale listings will be placed on the marketplace.

If you previously chose the recommended 'Review all and publish' option you need to manually approve each sale listing one by one by clicking 'Save and Continue'. To completely remove a certain imported sale listing during the review click 'Skip listing' at the bottom of that listing page.

NOTE: You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your sale listings.

CSV or XLS File Content

Please first download the bulk listing file template for Colnect: CSV / XLS. Looking at these files will show you what Colnect expects to receive if not exporting from another platform we directly support, as detailed in the next section.

For the default Colnect format, these columns are available: `Colnect ID`, `Condition`, `Quantity`, `Price`, `Expiry Days`, `Auto Renewal Times`, `Auto Renewal Days`, `Short Description`, `Private Note`.

Details must be filled in these columns: `Colnect item ID`, `Condition`, `Quantity` and `Price`.

Details may be filled in these columns: `Expiry Days`, `Auto Renewal Times`, `Auto Renewal Days` but when left blank, your default listing properties set in the Seller Settings will be automatically applied. Note that if the currency selected for the bulk listing is different from the currency set as the default in your seller settings, a currency conversion will take place.

NOTE: In a CSV file all columns must exist even if empty.

Other Platforms

Columns for Delcampe are: `title` (must contain Colnect code), `price`, `initial_quantity`, `renew_total_count`, `renew_duration`.
