When you manage your own personal collection you may want to indicate the condition of the items you have or want. If you have several items with different conditions, please mark the best condition for items you have (collection/swap) and the worst condition you are willing to receive (wish).

NOTE! It is PROHIBITED to mark items you do not physically have on your collection or swap lists. Marking an item in a condition you don't physically have is also PROHIBITED. Breaking this rule may lead to your account being deactivated without warning.

Glossary of Conditions

• [MNH] - Mint Never Hinged : Unused, has full original undisturbed gum with no trace of damage done by a stamp hinge (also called "stamp mount", used to affix the stamp to a page of a stamp album).
• [MH] - Mint Hinged : Unused, has some disturbance from a stamp hinge.
• [MNG] - Mint No Gum : Unused stamp having no gum.
• [U] - Used : Used stamp that has traveled through the post.
• [CTO] - Cancelled To Order : Cancelled to order postage stamp is a stamp the issuing postal service has cancelled (marked as used), but that has not traveled through the post. Instead it got handed to a stamp collector or dealer.
