Ich habe zuerst die Marken an Salvatore geschickt, aber seine Sendung leider nie erhalten, Das geht auch eindeutig aus meinem Logbuch und meiner Sammlung hervor. Ich bezweifle nicht, dass er die Marken abgeschickt hat, aber dafür gibt es keinen Nachweis. Salvatore sieht nicht ein, dass er laut Colnect für das Ankommen seiner Sendung verantwortlich ist und ist zu keiner Erstattung bereit, auch wenn ich einen Kompromiss angeboten habe. Sehr traurig...

Claudia non dice che dopo una settimana dalla mia spedizione mi scrive di aver ricevuto la lettera e descrive il contenuto, quindi per me la ricezione c'è stata, dopo alcuni giorni mi riscrive dicendo che aveva confuso il mittente e richiede la spedizione, ho sempre risarcito altre volte, adesso può anche bastare, la responsabilità non può esere attribuita sempre da una parte. Se la lettera dovesse tornare indietro farò la spedizione, altrimenti Claudia deve considerarla persa. Claudia ha ricevuto per ben due volte la risposta negativa di Colnet dove non mi si attribuisce la colpa per la lettera persa perchè non si è mai parlato di spedizione raccomandata, quindi non ho l'obblico di restituzione. per ciò invito Claudia a togliere la valutazione negativa ed io farò lo stesso
