After a very frustrating 6 months and the exchange of over 30 messages, I believe that giving Giorgio a neutral rating is the right thing to do. Very few of the second lot of replacement stamps were actually on my Wish List.

Behram contacted me asking for an exchange, I explained that most of the stamps in my Wish List I already have, but they have faults or heavy wavy line and slogan cancels. I sent first with examples of the type of stamps I wanted. I received mostly stamps with wavy line and slogan cancels, missing perforations, wrong stamps and wrong variants. Tried to negotiate the return, offered 3 alternative ways to do it. Not interested in getting his stamps back.
