- Obverse: The National Coat of Arms of the Russian Federation; below under the coat of arms, to the left, the silver purity Ag 925, to the right, the fine silver weight 31.1 (grams) and the Saint Petersburg mint trade mark beneath СПМД, on bottom, in three lines, the issuer БАНК РОССИИ (Bank of Russia), face value 3 РУБЛЯ (3 Rubles) and the year of issue 2025 г. (2025). State name at top ↷ РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ (Russian Federation), framed on both sides by doubled rhombuses.
Reverse: Features a coloured logo of the All Russia Association of the Blind (VOS), a QR code, laser-treated for matte finishing, leading to the VOS website when scanned with a smartphone offering the audio description option to receive the information about the coin ⠼⠁⠚⠚ ⠸ ⠑⠞.
