The reverse: in the centre of the disc on the mirror area looking like the field of a stadium framed by running track – the relief figure of an athlete, starting from the low mark, behind him – the contour picture of a running sportsman, on the upper part of the running track – the inscription: "ЧЕМПИОНАТ МИРА" (World Championship), on the lower one: "ПО ЛЕГКОЙ АТЛЕТИКЕ" (On track and Fields Athletics), in the background below – the stylized contour image of the Spasskaya Tower of the Moscow Kremlin, to the right of it – the inscription in two lines: "2013 МОСКВА", (2013 Moscow), on matted parts of the field above and below, at the rim – asterisks.
