The central part of the obverse is decorated in the form of an octagon, which runs along the border point. The reverse depicts a portrait Maduro with a photograph made in 1940 -x, respectively. In the background, depicts his family estate in Villemshtadte. Inscriptions on the reverse: "100 STE GEORGE JOHN LIONEL MADURO», as well as the date and place of his birth «CURAGAO, 15 JULI 1916" and death "DACHAU, 8 FEBRURI 1945".
