Printed at Changchun, Manchukuo with Mongolian characters at both sides, imitating the Dr. Sun Tat-sen and Matyrs' issues with very inferior design, paper and printing. Most printed with part gum or no gum. Unissued due to Japan's surrender to the allies. Listed in China Stamp Society Specialized Catalog as KG8a
