Collecting these for Germany, France, Austria, most of the rest of Europe.

I want to collect stamps of disappeared countries, such as the colonies and territories, countries that changed their colonial names, "puppet" countries, occupational stamps, stamps from new and weird places like Lugansk. I want to collect any country or territory where the stamps issued are in the 100s and not 100Ks so it is possible to "collect it all".
